The top image is a photo I took in February 2004. This is "Bear". A seven week old kitten who was born all white and was therefore christened "Polar Bear". He's playing with the fuzzy ball at his feet, and I took about 12 shots to get one of him standing up like this. He kept doing it, but was so fast that it was hard to catch. I hope you think he's as cute as I do.
The bottom two photos are offered as a tribute to the victims of the attack on the USA on September 11, 2001.
I took the photo of the first flag while on a visit to Gettysburg Battlefield in Pennsylvania in September of 2000. The photo of the flag over the Potomac River was taken in December of 1999.
I've created three versions of each of the images above
for use as
Windows wallpaper. One version is 480 by 640, one is 600x800 and the last is 1024x768. Choose the one that suits your screen resolution.
Here's how to save one of these images as your Windows Wallpaper:
- Select the wallpaper image and screen size you want to use.
- Click on the correct screensize under a thumbnail below to load a full sized image.
- Right click on the full sized image and select "Set as Wallpaper".
- If you'd like to save the image for future use, right click on it again and select "Save Image As ..."
